Bamboo roving has a beautiful soft texture and glow fiber that is produced from Bamboo plant fibers.

We advice Bamboo roving to spinners as an alternative to silk.

It is also amazing for felters as a texture fiber to be felted into your felt project. As always with non-wool fibers you will need to work it through wool to felt it since Bamboo itself will not felt on its own. It will produce a beautiful glow in your projects and is vegetable based so you can dye your felted project with animal proteine dye and it will only take to the wool leaving the Bamboo fibers mostly untouched creating a tie-dye like effect!
