Working with a Clover Needle Felted Mat
The big advantage compared to foam mats is that your needles experience much less resistance. With a foam mat you really have to pull the felt needle out and with the brush block it goes through without saying. So it is much lighter and more pleasant for your wrists.
Please note that the brush block is made for use with the Clover five-needle holder. If you use it with a different felt needle holder, you have to be very careful not to poke too deeply and so hit the hard bottom of the brush block with the danger of your needles breaking.
